Drummer TV’s Summer of Lockdown programme will follow the experiences of Deaf people during the coronavirus crisis and lockdown.
They are looking for specific stories regarding health - how the crisis and lockdown has affected people's health - or access to health services. For example:
- Had you been receiving ongoing treatment before the lockdown – such as chemo – and how did lockdown affect your treatment?
- Did you have COVID? They would like to hear from people who have had severe cases of COVID.
- Did the lockdown cause or exacerbate mental health issues? Or did it affect treatment?
- Did you use the new BSL Health Access app which was launched during the lockdown?
