He visits The Black Swan, a Michelin starred restaurant with a garden and farm, plus Wensleydale Creamery, then an allotment in Leeds which belongs to Jason, a Deaf gardener, and finally Rainbow Junktion Café, a community project that relies on food that is being thrown away from local businesses.
