He meets a forager, a professional chef and some Cornish residents, learning more about what’s available locally and cooking some very interesting dishes! Finally, if you’re going to Cornwall, you have to try surfing! Luckily, Deaf surfer Harry Hilliar is around to help Scott ride the waves at Watergate Bay, in return for being cooked for!
