We are now looking for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will be passionate about driving forwards the success of BSLBT and reaching more people within the Deaf community. They will ideally be a BSL user themselves, and if not, they must be committed to learn.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop long lasting relationships across the key stakeholders such as the Deaf community, Ofcom and subscriber broadcasters, and will bring a sound understanding of the British broadcasting landscape.
The appointed candidate will be a natural, dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative style.
