We at BSLBT were extremely saddened to learn that Frances Elton passed away recently. Frances contributed a great deal to the Deaf community over many years, especially to the field of sign linguistics. She will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with Frances' family and friends, and especially her partner June Smith.
