We at BSLBT are committed to supporting deaf media professionals at different levels of their careers to progress in the media industry. As part of this, we are developing a range of courses and training programmes at different levels.
Our very first training programme will be at the National Film and Television School in Beaconsfield on 7th and 8th November 2024. We have been working with Flashing Lights Media and Drummer Television to create this exciting new initiative, which is aimed at mid-level deaf media professionals (like researchers and APs).
There are only 10 places on this course. Applicants must be willing to work with us to apply for a bursary to support their participation. The deadline for applications is Friday 20th September – please watch the video on this page for full details.
